This page explains how Kognita, the company behind the kirya platform, handles personal data on this website (kirya.ai), in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and equivalent legislation.

Browsing. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and usage. It sets cookies and collects data such as pages visited, time on site, device type and IP address (with anonymisation enabled). You can decline in the cookie notice; the site works the same way.
Contact. If you email us or book a conversation, we process the data you provide (name, email, company, message) to reply and conduct the commercial relationship. Scheduling is handled by a third-party service (Calendly), subject to its own privacy policy.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers needed to run the site and the contact (hosting, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Calendly), acting as processors under contract.
Analytics data follows the retention configured in Google Analytics (up to 14 months). Contact data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship or until you ask for deletion.
You may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing letsgo@kirya.ai. To withdraw cookie consent, clear this site's cookies in your browser — the notice will appear again.
